เป็นสายชนิด Singlemode แบบสายเส้นเดียว และปลายสายมีหัว Connector ทั้งสองข้าง เพื่อใช้ในการต่อเข้ากับอุปกรณ์ทางด้านโทรคมนาคม CATV หรือระบบสื่อสารข้อมูล สามารถเลือกประเภทของหัวต่อเชื่อมได้เอง
